My PR1 DIY Blog HAS to Go – Make an Offer
I am going to follow my own advice and cut another blog from my work load.
The Site
BungalowRenovations.com is updated 3 or 4 times a week with guest posts. It has a PR of 1 and an Alexa rank <600K, but my heart is not in it. It earns a small bit of money, but could do a lot better with a bit of TLC.
It would suit anyone with a DIY or building talent/interest. There is plenty of scope for affiliate sales of high value products such as sheds, windows and garden offices once you have the visitor numbers to make these worthwhile.
The site is currently hosted on Hostgator and the domain name expires on 4th October 2012.

The Reasons
I am cutting it out so I can spend more time on my main site, 21CWoman.com and this one. I can see, now, that I am spreading myself too thinly and all my sites are suffering as a result, exactly what I was saying yesterday, here.
The Offer
I have guest posts on this domain from people I have an on-going relationship with. I want to do the right thing by them.
The Minimum – Take on the WordPress site management immediately and pay any transfer fees for the domain name.
The Preferred – Host the domain on your own server and pay any transfer fees for the domain name.
